An example of one guest’s personal experience in the new Total Fitness Program included a 1-on-1 private session, seven group fitness classes, five group yoga classes, five TRX suspension classes, one morning beach boot camp, 4 Muay Thai kickboxing classes, access to Fitness Studio (7am – 10pm daily), one healthy cooking class, a daily health food plan (three meals, two snacks, one juice), and one Thai or oil Massage.

This guest wanted to improve their overall strength, endurance and flexibility. But PhuketFit™ offers such a wide range of different classes, training sessions, and dietary options, it’s almost impossible for two guests to end up with identical itineraries!
